What we collect, what we do not, and why the answer is mostly nothing.

The short version
TinySolve has no accounts and no logins. We do not ask for your name, your email address or any other personal detail. The tools that handle files do the work inside your browser, so your files are never sent to us and we have no copy of them.
Files and text you use with a tool
Every tool on this site is marked at the top with where it does its work. A tool marked “Processed in your browser” reads your file using JavaScript running on the page you are looking at. The file is never transmitted anywhere. We do not receive it, cannot see it, and have nothing to delete afterwards.
The same applies to text. Anything you type or paste into a counter, formatter or converter stays in the page. It is not logged, saved or transmitted, which is why it is safe to paste an unpublished draft or a real API response.
If a tool ever needs to send something to a server to work, that tool will say so clearly on its own page, in place of the browser notice, and will explain what is sent and how long it is kept. We will not apply the browser claim to a tool that does not work that way.
Cookies and storage
We do not set any cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it stores nothing in your browser, creates no identifier, and records only which page was opened and how quickly it loaded, in aggregate. It never receives anything you type, upload or produce, because the tools run in your browser and send nothing anywhere. Some tools remember a preference, such as a chosen output format, in your browser’s local storage; that stays on your device and is never sent to us.
This will change when advertising is introduced: ad providers normally set their own cookies. The cookie policy will be updated to describe exactly what they set before any advert is served, not after.
Server logs
This site is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard technical logs — IP address, the page requested, the time and the browser’s user agent — for a short period, for security and to keep the service running. This is ordinary web hosting and applies to essentially every website. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with anything else.
Third parties
We do not sell data, because we do not have any to sell. We do not embed social media trackers, and we do not share information with data brokers.
When advertising is added, the ad provider becomes a third party with its own privacy policy, and this page will name it and link to that policy.
Children
The tools are general-purpose utilities and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, of any age.
Your rights
Rights such as access, correction and erasure apply to personal data that an organisation holds about you. Because we do not hold any, there is nothing for us to return or delete. If you believe that is wrong in your case, please get in touch and we will look into it.
Changes to this policy
If how the site works changes — most likely when advertising is added — this page will be updated and the date at the top will change with it.
